| I called the sheriff to make a report. It turned out that the dog and the boat belonged to a guy living on a sailboat in the bay. He got drunk the night before and when he rowed the little boat back to his sailboat I guess he forgot to take the dog out and tie up the boat. Poor little dog was out there 5 or 6 hours before I found him. |
